Looking forward to...

I am looking forward to

SPRING

and all the wonderful things that come along with it...

We have some fun thing planned,

 some big changes to make, and

Some new goals in mind...

(Two things that remind me of spring and will always make me smile!)

(Peonies are hands down favorite flower!)

I bet I am not alone in this one...

i HEART my valentine!

I really LOVE Valentine's Day, Always have...

This year is extra special since I got to spend it with my wonderful husband!

 The good new is...

I am lucky enough to be able to spend the rest of my Valentine's days with him!

He is my Forever Valentine!

My presents to Mike- (I couldn't find any red wrapping paper anywhere..oops)

 The Longest Rose Ever! - he gave this to me before our V-day date and asked me to be his Valentine!

 Top View, it really was the Longest and Prettiest rose ever!

Dinner at Cheesecake, and yes we are on the patio... Crazy but, Fun!

Then we went and saw, King's Speech! Awesome movie.. then back home to open presents, eat dessert, and be in Love! What a fun date!

Mike always gives me potted flowers as well! He says he doesn't like flowers that die! Too bad I have still killed 2 out of the 3 he has already given me! :( I have one orchid in my kitchen that is still living.. aparently these lilies are easier to keep alive (I hope)! :) They are stunning in real life (they are huge and smell amazing)

He also got me this purse, a down pillow, a Shih Tzu (my fav) calender, and some goodies!

I have the best husband!

He has amazing taste and is SO sweet to me!

 As for what was in my presents... well, that's a secret! :)

 I will tell you that he loved them though!

I can't wait to go home and spend "actual" Valentine's Day with him!

We have a night in planned, he is cooking of course and I CAN'T WAIT!

Date Night 2/4/2011

So, Last Friday we drove up to Midway to see the Ice Castle and get hot chocolate. It was a fun date night!

These pics don't really do it justice... My iphone doesn't take very good low light/night pics. You should go check it out yourself! It is located in the main park in Midway.. it's hard to miss and cost 5 bucks!

After, we stopped in a local coffee shop for hot chocolate to warm us up! The shop was SO cute and fun! They had sorts of hats, glasses, and costumes to dress up with and the whole places was decorate w/ vintage car decor. Here are a few pics...

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! I am really looking forward to Valentines day! I CAN'T WAIT for my V-day date with my cute husband!

i LOVE my bridesmaids

My Pretty Bff's, Sisters, and Friends Forever! 

They all looked so pretty that day! Doesn't that color look good on ALL of them!

Sophie (MOH): I think this is the prettiest picture of Sophie ever! She is stunning! I love her very much.. and she is an amazing example to me! She had been though a lot in her life and is always so happy and positive! I love her outlook on life and I always feel so happy when I am around her. She is the most loving friend, a wonderful wife, and the best mommies around! She is also so creative and crafty! I want to be like her someday!

Candice: She's next! I can't wait for her to marry her first love (it really is the cutest story ever)! She was a great friend to me when I needed one the most! We have had a lot of fun adventures the last year and a half, I will remember them always! She is also one of the main reasons me and Mike are together today.. we just needed a little help! ;) Thank Candice, we love you! Stay in touch when you move away... Sad!

Mara: I love this girl... I have more fun with her than anyone! She is crazy, fashionable, and ALWAYS entertaining! We have been friends the longest and I really value and apprecaite her friendship and all the memories we have together! We are very different but very the MUCH the same! It's werid and I love it! I was so happy that she was a part of my special day and that I got to be a part of hers!

I loved this day and the GIRLS that I got to spend it with!

NYE

So, our NYE started out with a really shady KSL deal. Funny story...

Let's just say we ended up in the Tools sections of Sears stalking Asians. LOL!

I will also say that the end result was GREAT and that it will for sure not be our last shady KSL deal! HA!

Next, we met my parents at Rodizio for a little double NYE date! The food was SO yummy! Those cheese rolls (or whatever they are called) are AMAZING!

Then we went home and Rang in the New Year just the Two of US (oh and Beez)!

 It was a great way to start 2011!
